Last year we wanted to lower the number of licenses on our subscription from 5 to 3. We were told that wasn't possible on an active subscription. We were told to cancel our subscription and when it expired we could renew it with 3 licenses instead of 5. The subscription is now expired, however, when I go to renew it there is no way to change the number of licenses.

Hello Jeff,
If your subscription has been purchased online (via the website), the only available option here is to disable auto-renewal and buy the required number of licenses once the license expires.

As a summary, since your subscription has now expired, you can now proceed with purchasing the 3 new licenses.
