Can't reinstall Windows10

Hello,

I bought a 145€ Windows 10 Home edition from the microsoft website, and installed it in parallels desktop.

I had to format my Mac, I reinstalled parallels, reinstalled Windows 10, but can't reactivate it: when I enter the license key, I have the 0xC004C008 error code saying my copy of Windows is already used on another computer (it's not).

Is there a way to use my license or did I just pay 145€ for being able to use Windows for 30 minutes then be treated as a thief?
