Can't register and thus can't get support

    Well,
    Just bought the Parallels 20 Desktop Upgrade, got my license number via email, and I can't register it.
    It says "Unable to perform the operation. The product license was disabled". If I try to register online, it tells me that "This license key is blacklisted."
    Bought it from Parallels online store.
    So I headed to the website to get support, but it tells me I'm not allowed to get support since I don't have a license. It offers me to buy the product for $0.00 in order to access support. Once I click, it redirects me to the online store and offers me to buy the product I just bought for $139
    If I click the "Request Support", it only offers "Facebook Messenger" which I don't have, Twitter which I don't have and community support which can't register my license.
    If this is not amateurism, I don't know what it is. This is crazy.
    Is there any way to really contact them, email, chat, phone? Everything is grayed it if I don't buy the $0.00 offer for $139.
