Cant reactivate Parallels Desktop 11

Dear Parallels Support Team,
I am unable to reactivate my Parallels Desktop 11 after reinstalling macOS on the same Mac.
When I enter my Parallels Desktop 11 activation key, I am prompted Unable to perform the operation.

Please check the internet Connection and try again

Same issue here, Parallels Desktop 11 on a Mac OS X El Capitan, when activating my license I'm getting the message "Unable to perform the operation. Please check the internet connection and try again". Firewall is off, no proxies, all forum suggestions checked but it doesn't work.
