Can't pull the right hand side toolbar down because of iPhone Notification Center

How can I get the toolbar back now? It's at the top of the screen and I can see it but I can't "grab" it without pulling down the Notification Center.

iPhone 7 Plus. iOS 13.whatever.
Please help. Is there a way to reset its position or something? This needs to be fixed so the toolbar can't get stuck out of reach at the top of the screen.

Hello, just tested and toolbar moves without any issues. Could you please try to reinstall Parallels Access and check the issue?

It eventually reset itself somehow.
But still, if it accidentally gets pushed too far up at the top of the screen, the Notification Center makes it impossible to pull it back down. It would be great if this could be fixed.
