Cant initiate Windows 10 in Parallel Desktop: Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC

I get the same error in a bucle when trying to initiate Windows 10 in Parallel Desktop:
'Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC."
Also, I've seen the message "trying to boot from SATA 1" briefly.

I've tried doing the vm.bios.efi=1 solution (didn't work) and also tried using vm.bios.efi=0 (didn't work either)

Please help.
