Can't extend drive per http://kb.parallels.com/en/113972 - running out of space!

So I bumped up the drive size in the PD interface, but when I go windows disk management, the extra went to an unallocated area - and the Extend Volume is grayed out, so now I'm stuck. Can anyone explain? thx so much. Below are the details in screencaps - this is freaking me out, as I can't update windows without the space Thx so much!

I figured this out! This solution for all those with the same problem I had - just download this free tool from MiniTools: https://www.partitionwizard.com - That does the trick.
