Can't drag anything from the Mac side to the Windows side

I can't drag anything over to the PC side from the Mac side. If I try it and drag it nothing happens. Is there a way to address or fix this?

@CoreyJ2 hi, you should have Parallels Tools installed in the Virtual Machine and the Isolate Mac from Windows option disabled in the Security Pane. If the issue still persists, please help us with the Mac OS and Parallels Desktop for Mac version to check this further.
