Can't disable old license and find current license

Dear,

Some years ago I activated Parallels on my old Mac with probably the old company email address which would be something like ####.com and my current email is ##### . Now I have a new MacBook and can't seem to move the license from the old to the new mac.

It's the same case as the following ticket https://forum.parallels.com/threads/cant-find-my-activation-key-to-change-to-new-computer.341514/

See screenshot below. Are you able to send me the license key activated on my old mac?

You've replied to several posts here Maria. YOU'VE IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MINE.
PLEASE REPLY IF YOU WISH TO KEEP ME AS A PARALLELS CUSTOMER. The way you've treated me so far - ignoring my issue - is absolutely disgraceful.
