Can't deactivate Parallels Desktop 11 Pro on old Mac

Moving to a new MacBook but can't activate Parallels Desktop 11. Deleted Parallels from old MacBook. Activation limit reached when entered activation key on new MacBook. "Contact the support team" All I see is "Pay for support" Help!

OK - I found a telephone number - in some obscure corner of the website. Very helpful guy explained there is an ongoing issue with Parallels 11 licences. Use trial version until they sort this out.

Hello,
I have uninstall from older mac and install in a new mac and i have the same problem. Can you please reset my account?

Hello DanielaS1, you may check out this article to move Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac license to new Mac. If the issue persists please provide your license key in a private message. Thanks!

Yeh I seem to be having the same issue how do I deactivate my previous accounts ones on a broken computer the others on my back up but I cant deactivate it.

I'm also having this issue. I switched my license to an older Mac Pro temporarily, and after deactivation on that machine, I can't activate on my main machine. I've since installed a trial key. I've tried trashing the license.xml file, and the accompanying sudo command in terminal. Nothing.

Can I get you to reset my account and key as well.

Much appreciated.
