Can't Connect to Internet

All of a sudden I cannot use explorer to contact to the internet under windows on parallels build 5582. I can connect fine under in the mac side. What can I do to fix this as I have not changed any settings, installed new hardware or software- it just stopped working whereas it had worked fine until the last day or so. It says I have limited or no connectivity.
 
Thoughts:
> any recent software additions to either the Mac or Win (maybe some conflict arose)
> have you confirmed that the connectivity setting you had before is still enabled (btw, what were you using? shared?)
> when you look under Network Preferences what is the status of the NAT and Guest connections?
