Can't attach an external HD to a Monterey OS guest VM on Monterey on Apple M1

I have a MacBook Pro M1 with Monterey.
I created a new VM downloading Mac Os Monterey.
I installed Parallels Tools.
I set preferences "when an external device is connected, connect it to the active VM".
This last setting is not working: my external HD is connected regularly to the host.
Moreover, there is no preference pane by which I could set anything.
I need to transfer my old Mac (BigSur) into this guest OS via Migration assistant / Time Machine.

Anyone could help me?

I think you could see your external device via Network (connect from guest to your host).
