Can't add a new licence key

I added the new licence key of parallels desktop pro to the wrong machine.
So, when I tried to add the licence key to my machine (macos), it says the " the licence key connected to the another parallels account."
But I used the same parallels account. Please, reset the licence key registered on my account, so I can add it to the new machine.
