Can't activate Parallels Toolbox on new MacBook Air

Hi, so I admittedly jumped a few machines recently because I couldn't make up my mind and I used 3 activations. I cannot activate on my new MacBook Air: the license has reached its activation limit.

Can you please clear my subscription so I can move this license to my new system? or show me how to deactivate on the older one??
