Cannot update from Windows 10 pro to 11

Hi,

I have Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (build 19044.1320) and I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 11.

I have TPM 2 and what you require for the update; I downloaded the "system integrity" application and it has no problems. The update starts, restarts, then goes up to about 21 - 22% and returns to the previous system warning with the message "undo the changes...".

Any help?

Nel file setuperr.log (in $Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther) I can read this two repeated rows:
