Cannot start parallels

Bit poster
When I try to start it there is a little yellow error icon and when I click on it, it tells me download parallels tools, even tough I already have it downloaded. How do I fix this??

To aid us in troubleshooting this issue, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
