Cannot print in sage since last Parallels update.

Since my last update of Parallels, I have had problems with my sage.

I cannot print in sage, where before it used to open the print in sage and then open in mac, it now only opens n sage then - nothing.....
I looked at the forums and followed the advice and downloaded Bonjour for Mac in Windows, but it still does not see let alone recognise my mac printer.

Also is sage I can no longer cut and paste, wheras this is a necessary tool for me and takes a lot longer for me to input now days.
I rang sage and all they said was they do not support on parallels! Very helpful.

I am using Sierra on a Macbook Pro and Windows 7.

I am not very computer literate, so need step by step instructions if anyone can help me please?

Hi PamH, please reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested in this article and let us know how it works.

I have the very same problem since this morning. Though with another program. However, all programs are affected. I am on ElCapitan and Win 10

Actually it did not resolve the issues. Copy Paste works again but I can not print from any Win program

Could you please reinstall the printer driver and check if it works!
