Cannot install Paralelles Tools in Windows 10

Dear All,
I have a problem with installing parallels tools in win 10. ISO is mounted to windows but when I clicked on app icon nothing happened.
How can I install this software?

Hello,

Anybody knows the reason?
I can use parallels with windows without tools installed.
Today I've tried to reinstall parallels but situation is still the same.
I've scanned disk for any issues as well.
