Cannot download video or audio from youtube anymore!

Bit poster
Using macOS Sierra and has been working fine a couple of months ago. Nothing's changed on my end. Anyone know what's wrong?? Just says "failed to get video" etc...

Hello, are your using Parallels Toolbox?
Could you provide us with your Toolbox version and download link?
