Cannot copy files from Windows to macOS

I am running PD20 for Mac Pro Edition on MacOS Sonoma, and just update from PD19 last week. All sharing functions (files, clipboard, apps) in PD have been enabled. PD20.app has full access to Mac disk. Now problems include:
  1. Cannot copy files from Windows to Mac, while able from Mac to Windows.
  2. Cannot open Windows files with Mac apps, though Mac apps appear in Windows "open with" menu.
  3. No Windows apps appear in Mac "open with" menu when opening files.

In order to proceed with further investigation, kindly provide us with the below information:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
