Cannot activate License for Parallels 10

Hello, I tried to reinstall Parallels 10 on an older macOS. I am stuck on the activation sequence as it will not allow me to activate since it seems the servers are dead. I saw someone say that the [email protected] is also dead. I would appreciate it if I could get some help regarding this.
