Cannot activate after clean install

Hi there
I did a clean install on my iMac after a crash. Now I cannot activate parallels desktop 13 again. From Parallels itself I can't get any help, because I do not use Facebook nor Twitter. As described I shoud see a button "activate on this computer", but there isn't such a button.
What can I do to use parallels desktop again on the same Mac as before the crash ??
