We do not see any purchases made or registered with "ro***@mpictureb.com". If you have any other email address you might have used for purchasing Parallels means share it in a private message.

We are unable to find any subscription in your current account. If you have a different account, reply to this post from that account.
 
I was charged last night for a renewal subscription that I was not notified in advance of. I would have cancelled sooner if I had known. I no longer use parallels and would like the $85 charge to be refunded to me.

Your subscription is good till 15-Feb-2020. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account. If the license is deactivated then the subscription cannot be used for the reset of the subscription period.
 
I was double charged yesterday for a renewal 2 subscription that I was not notified in advance of. I would have cancelled sooner if I had known. I no longer use parallels and would like th charge to be refunded to me.
