Can you deactivate one of my permanent license for parallels 14?

Thank you for great products & services.
I bought parallels 13 (permanent license) in 2018 aug 22 and thankfully you've changed my license to 14.
I recently got another version 14's license because of my jobs.
I accidentally activated recent one also. So I have 2 license for version 14 right now.
So can you deactivate one of my license which starts with 8QZ68K ?
Then I can give this one to my friend.
