Can New Parallels access external HFS+ drives?

Was wondering if any of the new builds since 3150 have the ability to read/write external hard drives formatted to HFS+. There are a few windows only mp3/id3 tag editing programs I would like to use on my MacBook but currently am unable to because my mp3s are stored on an HFS+ formatted external hard drive.
Also, any recommedations as to which build of parallels to run? It looks as if the newest build has a lot of problems. Are there any stable builds out that will boot from a bootcamp partition and work with my external hard drive used in the manner described above?

3188 is fine

Bootcamp (still officially in beta) and Windows give the problems

I chose 1970 in june 2006 and have had no probe, ems not of my own creation

Good house keeping is essenetial for all WinXp Sp2 machines

Firewalls antevirus, ante spyware, windows update, etc etc

BTW small is beautiful and use the defaults

Does Build 1970 include support for external USB hard drives? Can it boot a bootcamp partition?
