Can I install macOS BigSur m1 as guest on m1 host?

Subject says it all. I do have bootable iso and dmg as well as usb stick. Only thing is missing is ability to boot. Creating empty VM and attaching iso did not work and using "/Applications/Install macOS Big Sur.app" fails with complaining about not being able to run Intel although the app is for m1.

You can only install MacOS 12 Monterey and later.

Too bad Parallels Desktop 17 can only run on macOS 12 Monterey for now.
