Can I install and use Parallels Desktop App Store Edition simultaneously on two Macs that are signed

I am using Parallels Desktop App Store Edition purchased through the Apple App Store.

My Apple ID is signed in on two different Macs.

Can I install and use the App Store Edition on both Macs under the same Apple ID?

Is simultaneous use on both Macs allowed under the subscription terms, or is usage limited to a single Mac at a time?

Could you please provide the official licensing policy for this scenario?
