Can I delete the win10 recovery partition?

I cannot extend my c disk. My extra space is after a recovery partition of 450MB that appears to be empty. So can I delete it and then extend the c drive with my free space? Here is my state from disk management:

Solved. I did not delete. I used the free copy pf MiniTool Partition Manager to expand the size of my C using the fre unallocated space. It did it in a few seconds woithout disturbing the recovery partition.

We are glad to hear that you have used Minitool to resolve the issue. You can also delete the recovery partition and extend that space to C drive but make sure you have a backup if you perform these steps and when you use Minitool.

MiniTool Partition Manager no longer supports extending the partition in the FREE edition. If you install as the free edition, it will look like it allows it, but when you apply the change it pops up the upgrade screen for all the paid editions without clarifying what's included in the free edition.
Even installing the Pro "trial" edition will exhibit this same behaviour, I'm not sure exactly what it's allowing you to "trial".. the interface?
It does not make any of this obvious in the pricing, which I find to be quite frustrating. All it mentions when installing is that the free version includes basic partition management, which in my book includes extending a partition. There's no other explicit mention of that functionality being only in the Pro version which I find very misleading.

As a result, I'd recommend avoiding it as it will likely just lead to frustration and wasted time as you try to figure out how to use the "free" features.

I was able to achieve the same result using AOMEI Partition Assistant freeware version. Instead of "extending", which only allows you to extend to the adjacent partition, you can do it by "merging" the c: partition with the unallocated space, resulting in a c: that has essentially been expanded. It also only takes a few seconds.

Yes, You can delete the Windows 10 recovery partition, but it is not recommended unless you are sure you no longer need it.

Yes you can delete the windows 10 recovery partition but its not recommended because then you will also delete you windows OEM edition.
