Can I copy a file from the host to the guest without having Parallels Tools installed?

As the title says I am looking to copy/paste a file living on the host (MacOS) to the guest (Fedora Server 36) but without having Parallels Tools installed. The reason is I can't compile Parallels Tools with this kernel version and I am trying to manually apply a patch file (found in a thread here) which should allow me to compile them properly. Any advice?

Thanks in advance

Hello, which virtual machine you are running?

The kernel version is 5.17.8-300.fc36.x86_64 and the host is MacOS Monterey 12.4. The VM has Fedora Server 36. Parallels Tools fails to install and not sure why

Hello, kindly upgrade to Parallels Desktop 17.1.3 and check if still the issue persists.
