Parallels was installed on an iMac. 30GB Windows 8 file. Tests show that there are damaged sectors on the hard drive. I was unable to copy the file after using DiskWarrior (which found the Parallels file, and offered a preview version for copying). I can only get 18 GB of transfer done before a serious file system error appears.
I see that on the iMac, Parallels has a package for the Windows file, and that I can eventually find the Parallels data file.
Is there any software that help with the recovery of the Parallels file and the extraction of the files inside?
