Camera and Microphone keep getting disabled

Parallels 18.3.2, macOS 13.5.1, Windows 11 ARM on MBP 16" M2.
It all worked great until very recently; I think it broke when I updated to 13.5.1. Now, when I boot the Windows VM, the sound is shared, but the microphone and camera both switch to "Disabled" in the VM settings. I shut down the VM, change them back to "Default" or to a specific device, boot the VM and they are switched back to disabled. The menu lets me change the setting, but doesn't stick - when you pull it back down, it's disabled again.

Anyone else encountering this issue? Any workarounds?
 
In case anyone else runs into this, completely removing and then reinstalling Parallels fixed the issue. I had to remove all the settings files, permissions, etc. Just copying over the app didn't fix it initially.
