Bummer, no tech support - Turn Off Hide Desktop Icons

I've fixed it by just not using parallels tools start up automatically, but now I start it if I need to use something.

Bummer that was the only solution because there is no support.

Hello!
First, Parallels Toolbox is supported officially on Mac computers with M series chips.
Second, let me ask you a few questions regarding your issue to make sure I understand your scenario correctly:
- Do I get you right that you turn on Hide Desktop Files, then reboot your Mac, and the option remains active upon that?
- Or you disable the option, restart your Mac and the option is active upon restarting the Mac?
