Bought new mac, can't seem to transfer license

Hello,
I purchased a new macbook pro and will be sending my old one as a trade in. I logged into my account and can't find anywhere to deactivate my license on the old mac so I can activate it on the new mac. The same goes for parallels desktop. Can you give me instructions on how to do this please?

Your Parallels Desktop license will be deactivated on an old Mac, when you use the same key to activate it on a different Mac. During the activation, you should see a prompt, that will warn you that proceeding will deactivate the previous device and activate it on the new one.

Old thread, but same problem. I am having the same issue, but I don't get the option to deactivate my old device. Can you help with this please?
