Bluetooth headphones not connected (iMac M3, macOS Golden Gate) Parallels - Win11Pro)

I am running Win11 Pro on iMac M3. Since I upgraded to macOS Golden Gate I am not getting sound through Bluetooth headphones - though headphones are shown connected in Devices (see screenshot)
