Blue circle every 10 minutes of usage and hangs for 3-5 seconds

This is so annoying. I have been using Parallels for 5 years and never have any issues.
I have the latest version on Parallels 20.3.0 running. I get this blue circle every 10 minutes or so and it hangs for 3-5 seconds. This is so annoying. Please see enclosed picture.

Please fix this. This is going on for more than a month already. Not going to renew my Parallels this year if this continues.
