Black screen virtualizing macOS 12 with Parallels Desktop 19

With latest version of Parallels Desktop 19 it is not possible to virtualize macOS 12.
Parallels displays a black screen. If I virtualize the latest beta of macOS Sonoma if it works correctly.

Tested on a Macbook Pro 14' 2021 with M1 Max and macOS Ventura 13.5.1

Hi,

After waiting a long time on a black screen after a clean installation with the UniversalMac_12.6_21G115_Restore.ipsw image. Finally, the macOS wizard is displayed in the virtual machine. But if I try to update to the latest version of macOS 12 available (12.6.8) after restarting it does not show the image again.

The ID of this last case is 434644440.
