Having some issues in my virtual machine after updating to the latest parallels version. I get a popup which shows that parallels toolbox is updating but when it reaches 60% something crashes and my windows 10 VM turns black. After a while i get the attached popup message. Any suggestions?

So i finally solved this somehow. What worked for me was a combination of
1. Reinstalling Parallels on my Mac
2. Aborting the parallels tools update popup inside my Windows 10 VM.
3. Installing latest windows updates and rebooting.
4. Performing these steps https://kb.parallels.com/4841
5. Uninstalling parallels tools
6. Reinstalling parallels tools
After that the parallels toolbox update managed to get past 60% and i am able to use my VM again
