J JeffK3 Bit poster Jun 22, 2021 #1 Was trying to search windows for a file and suddenly Window just went "Black." I tried Device>Keyboard>Ctl-alt-del, and then it just went "Blue" and now nothing will work. Can't shutdown/reboot, nothing - just a blue screen. Help!!!!! JK
