Big Sur and Parallels: "Network initialization failed"

i had the same problem and to fix it , it is easy
quite your VM and parallels desktop
open terminal
copy and past this command line to terminal
sudo nano /Library/Preferences/Parallels/network.desktop.xml
put password
hit enter
search for <UseKextless>-1</UseKextless>
you may have -1 or 1 change it to 0
hit control + O to save
hit enter
hit control + X
run you VM and this should work properly

please insert that file manually , and this will work
When re-downloading the fresh version, the system constantly prompts me to buy a key - that is, to get into a situation in which I can enter the system, but with not working wifi and usb - it does not work out in any way. Who knows how to get rid of this intrusive license purchase offer.
Where do I insert the <UseKextless> -1 </UseKextless>. It is not anywhere in the terminal display

Putting it anywhere between the '<ParallelsNetworkConfig schemaVersion="1.0" dyn_lists="VirtualNetworks 1">' and ' <VirtualNetworks dyn_lists="VirtualNetwork 2" id="0">' should work, but for me it does not.
I'm using Parallels 16.5 on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 on a Mac Mini M1 and none of the solutions mentioned here worked (the Kextless change to 0, launching Parallels with `sudo` or deleting the network config of my Mac and restarting).
Any other ideas? I'm trying to run a VM with Windows 10 ARM Insider Preview, and everything works great except the lack of network. Tried with every different adaptor too, using a specific IP instead of DHCP... nothing nothing works

Like SergioP6, I also have had no success using: Parallels 16.5 on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 on a Mac M1 (I have a Mabcook Air). I also tried all the solutions mentioned.
I do have a USB port extender with an ethernet port, and while this network adapter also does not work from Host-to-VM, I have been using the workaround of giving the USB device to the VM, so that the VM uses the network adapter directly.

I am using the following:
OSx : Big Sur 11.3
Parallel ver: 16.5.0 (50692)
This is my first time using Parallel, a simple tweaking around took a couple of hours; Here's what I did:
- as mentioned in the beginning of this forum -- change -1 to 0 in <UseKextless> tag -- i did... and it didn't work
so finally I said, why not try just 1 in the tag instead of 0, and IT WORKED!
NOTE: I ensured that parallels was completely off when making changes

I did try several things including <UseKextless> 0, but it didn't work. When checking Mac storage, available space was decreasing - < 30GB, occupied by Miscellaneous data. Then, I changed Windows10 location on Parallels to other folder in external drive. Then, it works!
BTW, Mac storage problem was also resolved by restarting with safe mode 3-4 times anyhow...
