I purchased the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition laptop last year and I no longer use it due to a change, but the license was renewed with automatic license renewal. The website directed me to Cleverbridge Customer Support for cancellation and refund. I opened a ticket there but no one gave me any information about the refund.
