arm64: Win11 guest frozen for 2-3 mins after wake from suspend

When the macOS host suspends, 9/10 times my VM has either a black screen or looks like the below image. I have learned that it is not really permanently frozen, but if you wait for 2-3 minutes, it comes right back to life.

I'm assuming this is an arm64 bug, because I never saw this on x86_64.

Hopefully Parallels comes up with a resolution soon; it's quite an annoying "feature."

For us to further investigate the issue, kindly reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
