Apple Mail Attachments - No Permission

I have recently upgraded to Catalina, and am running Parallels 14.1.3.

Previously, if I double clicked on (say) an Excel attachment in Apple Mail.,this would open in Excel running under Parallels. Now I get the following message box:



In my Configuration, the setting is to share All Discs. Can anyone help, please?

Open settings, go to privacy, then enabled full disk permission for Parallel Desktop...

Success - Many thanks for your help with this.
I was confused because (1) I could successfully access the attachments prior to upgrading to Catalina, and (2), I could not find any reference to this in the Knowledge Base, or the forum.
