Apple iCloud Security Key Authentication not working in a Win11 virtual machine.

Has anyone been able to authenticate Apple iCloud working in a Win 11 virtual machine when iCloud is set-up with Two factor Authentication requiring the use of a physical USB Security Key?

I cannot get Apple iCloud to Authenticate - has anyone been able to make it work?
