am I eligible for an upgrade license or not (migrating from v10 to v18)

Hello, I used to work with parallels desktop 10 a few years ago where I have a license key for. Can I upgrade with that key to the latest version (v18) of your product or do I need to purchase a new full license? Many thanks for your support.
