Allow Parallels Extension - Where is the Allow button in Security & Privacy?

Dear Parallels Expert,

After I installed Parallels, the software asks me to install Parallels extension but I can't find the Allow button in Security & Privacy, see screenshot01 and screenshot02. Under Privacy, I don't see Parallels software anywhere so I cannot checkmark.

Below is my system spec,

OS: macOS Monterey 12.6.1
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
Processor: 2.4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7
Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 540 1536 MB

Without completing this step, I can't get into Windows 10. Please assist me on this issue.

Well, the Allow is normally where the Details shows up in the first image, but the best thing to do would be to reboot the Mac and try again.
