AirPods not working with Host OS X Catalina, PDesktop 15.1.2 (47123) and guess is Mojave

I recently upgraded to OS X Catalina 10.15.2, then I upgraded to Parallels Desktop for Mac 15.1.2 (47123), I have a couple of VM, some Ubuntu and some OS X running Mojave, with Parallels Desktop 14 everything was working fine. Now after the upgrades I cannot use my AirPods v1 on the guest OS X boxes.

Any glue how I can solve this problem??
 
I have updated the Guess OS to Catalina, than everything is running under Catalina but it still breaks the Audio "Apple AirPods" on the guess, it doesn't work... Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.
