After Upgrading to Parallels 15 I can no longer drag and drop files from my VM to my MAC

I am running macOS Catilina 10.15.1 (19B88) and Parallels 15. After upgrading I can no longer drag files from my VM from one monitor (In Full Screen) to my MAC monitor into an email; this feature has always worked.

I'm experiencing the same issue with Parallels v15.1.4, Mac OSX v10.15.6, MS Windows 7 (current version). I've re-installed Parallels Tools several times (after resolving a corrupted initial installation). I'm not able to drag-and-drop from the VM to Max OSX. This is always a problem every time I upgrade Parallels. I have updated my security/privacy settings in OSX to allow Parallels access.
