After restoring from TimeMaschine, could not activate parallels

Hi,
I have 2 MacBooks with Parallels Installation Version 11 and Version 14.
I mistakenly restored the one MacBook with Time Machine from a family member. So I had 2 identical versions of Parallels after the restore.
Then I installed the correct version of TimeMaschine on it with Parallels Version 14, but unfortunately I was not able to activate the MacBook with the 11 version of Parallels. I tried everything.
Can you help me there. I need it very urgently.

It's not legal. I can't use my paid app. I can give you the license back if you refund my money or you help me activate my license.
