Add Parallels Toolbox License - Add to Existing Subscription

My product subscription is Parallels Desktop for Mac - for 2 computers. I only have Parallels Desktop on one computer...all is fine.
This includes Parallels Toolbox, qty of 1.
I would like to put Parallels Toolbox on a second Mac (doesn't have Parallels Desktop).
I do not see a way to increase the quantity of Parallels Toolbox on my existing subscription.
Do I need to purchase the second license as Standalone. I was hoping to have it all in the same subscription, without multiple expiration dates.
Is this possible?

We were able to locate 1 Parallels Desktop Subscription and 1 legacy license key.
Please note that only the Parallels Desktop subscription is eligible for the complimentary Parallels Toolbox license. The legacy key is not.

As such, you are required to purchase a Toolbox subscription if you wish to install and use it on your second computer.
