Parallels Desktop does not currently support DNS over TCP (tested in 13.3 - 13.3.2) when using Shared Network mode.
If you query a DNS record that has a large number of results (512 bytes+) the DNS result will be truncated and the OS will send a TCP query to the DNS server.
Tested MacOS guest and Fedora guest.
Please add this functionality.
